Motivation from the mirror:

Take a shirt or jeans that you cannot wear due to obesity. Take that shirt or jeans and stand in front of the mirror and imagine how happy you will be after wearing this shirt or jeans. Inside, motivation comes from inside, and you will start working on a weight loss journey. 

Motivate daily yourself by looking at your previous picture or admiring a picture to reach the target. Or write down the worst point that happens if you do not lose weight. The drastic effects of not losing weight will scare you, and you will keep motivated to lose weight. 

Make your plan:

Every person has different responsibilities, health issues, and working abilities, so make your health plan by counting calories. Take a dietician’s plan and tell about your daily working ability, health issues, age, and weight. A diet plan does not work for everyone, so count the calories, and mindful eating will help you in weight loss. Gradually it becomes your habit, and you will adopt a healthy lifestyle.
